Administrative & After Hours Rates
Travel & Convenience Fees:
- Mon–Fri (8 AM – 5 PM): $10 flat rate (within 10 miles) / Over 10 miles: $10 + $1 per additional mile.
- Fri After 5 PM, Weekends, & Holidays: $25 flat rate (within 10 miles) / Over 10 miles: $25 + $1 per additional mile.
- Document Copying: $0.25 per page.
Notice: State Notary fees are separate from administrative/travel fees. All travel fees must be paid prior to notarization services. Per PA.gov, administrative fees are customary for travel, copying, and postage.
